Obsessed!
This is my new favourite frying pan. It is genuinely non stick, and green pan have done a fantastic job with the grey colour way - I find myself reaching for this pan over all my others.

A stylish easy to maintain frying pan with great functionality for everyday cooking
 I have really enjoyed using the green pan well frying pan. The functionality is excellent for every day cooking, and the 26 cm size is really practical. I love this sweet great design and the handle feels comfortable and secure while cooking maintenance is also easy as a pan cleanup well after I use the packaging was neat and productive too overall it feels steady, well designed and premium.

Greenspan valencia pro ceramic pans
I bought these because of all the good reviews they where non stick for a few months after 6 months have to say worst pans I ever seen every things sticks and very hard to clean. I followed care instructions exactly also friends have the same problem as I do , don't know how there getting all these good reviews.

These are the best!
Highly recommend these Valencia pans….the non stick finish is so easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth. I had an older set of green pans which I loved but changed to an induction stovetop.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick.
