Poor Service

Tissue box came incomplete. The bottom portion that slides in to hold the tissue box in was not included with the shipment. It was also wrapped strangely, so I would assume this was a floor display. 2nd time this happened to me with Bloomingdale’s in the last few weeks. I have reached out to their customer service team and am awaiting a response.
