For the tough jobs!
I needed a new hand mixer and after reading the reviews, I chose the Power Plus. I’m so glad I did … my cookie recipe calls for 9 cups of dry ingredients and this mixer handles the job beautifully! Great product!

Disappointing Mixer
I recently purchased the Cuisinart Power Advantage Plus 9 Speed Hand Mixer because of the positive rating given by America's Test Kitchen. This was a replacement for an old 9 Speed Kitchen Aid Hand Mixer which began to have evidence of stripped plastic gears. I noted a lot of reviews for other options which spoke of flimsy beaters & wisks and I was pleased that the Cuisinart did not skimp on these. However, there is a power surge when starting the Cuisinart mixer on even its lowest setting that I find highly problematic. It can cause whatever is being mixed to be flung outside the bowl! This flinging is startling and messy! Further, I find the way the cord is attached to be problematic, requiring extra attention to how it is positioned, lest it pull the mixer away from its intended position over the bowl. The Cuisinart is not as comfortable in the hand as my old Kitchen Aid mixer. Overall, it's a poor design, and I'm disappointed in both the mixer itself and the reviews that prompted me to buy it.

Disappointed
I don’t like the initial burst of speed when I first turn on the mixer. I don’t like the position of the beater eject button.

Power advantage plus is the best
I love this hand mixer. It stores beautifully and takes up very little space. The storage case is perfect. All the mixing utensils are wonderful. Blends well, mixes well. It is one of my favorite appliances. Cuisinart is my go to when I need anything. I have their coffee maker, their blender, and their food processor. You can't go wrong with any of their products!

The Cuisinart hand mixer makes baking enjoyable
I have not done any baking in many years and had a very old hand mixer. I saw the reviews of the Cuisinart hand mixer and decided to get it and try my hand at baking again. I wanted to create healthier baked products for my family and perhaps save some money. The Cuisinart hand mixer lives up to it's glowing reviews. I am very happy with my purchase and am enjoying baking for my family.

Small but Mighty!
Small but sturdy and works great! I’ve used this mixer for cookies, cakes, and bread, and it hasn’t let me down. It’s easy to use, cleans up well, and doesn’t take up much space to store. It’s become one of my favorite little helpers in the kitchen.

Solid Mixer, a Bit Loud
Very solid mixer that easily gets the job done. The attaching storage compartment is really convenient to keep everything together and avoid clutter. It struggles (but still succeeds, ultimately) to handle large quantities of thick batter and the loudness of the motor can be a bit jarring.
