Horrible Customer Service and Price Scam
This was advertised as 60% off of $800 but that is not the actual price--- the manufacturer price and every other retailer is $399.00 so this is a farce and deceptive. Issues with pickup and then with contacting the service center--4 calls later--got a "supervisor" who offered me 20 % coupon but never got that this is deceptive--it is a different value--- 60% off $800 vs 60% off of $399.... WHY would Bloomingdales be deceptive in this and why would the "supervisor" basically say I will tell the website persons---she took screenshots and after me telling her that I spent over 2 hrs on this saying--oh sorry for your inconvenience hereis 10% for next purchase. She was just as nonchalant as the call center that speaks little to no English in a noisy room.
It’s a great suitcase
It is a great suitcase. It hasn’t broken yet and it fell down 3 flights of stairs. It fits in the trunk of my car great with a cooler. But the wheels lock up randomly.

bigger than stated
We're fans of Delsey and were replacing old Delseys which we measured at 27" tall, so we thought we were buying the same size. But when this one arrived it was 31" tall. On the Delsey website they also state external dimension is 31. So beware, this size does not include the wheels and handle. We returned them, and bought directly from the manufacturer where the sizes internal/external are more clearly stated.
Lightweight and huge
My initial reaction was this thing is HUGE! I can’t believe how lightweight it is. It has a nice shell on the outside. I love that it comes with a TSA approved lock and the wheels are exactly the upgrade I need for my luggage. The inside has laundry bags and a ton of space. It’s hard to know how durable it will be until I travel with it, but I have high hopes it will meet my needs.

This is the best suitcase I've ever owned.
This suit case is absolutely perfect. The outside is a hard flexible plastic and I don't think it will crack. The wheels are smooth in every direction, and the collapsible handle is a perfect height. This also came with 3 dry bags to store liquids or dirty clothes in. It also has a built in air tag spot, and it features code locks.

Lots of room
I can not wait to use this luggage set to go on a Disney cruise. I love the fact there is a spot for an Apple air tag. There is a lot of organization in this luggage.

Light weight but durable
The polycarbonate shell is lightweight yet durable, offering great protection to the luggage. The interior is thoughtfully organized with multiple compartments, especially the compartment is spacious enough for a laptop. It also comes with extra bags for packing traveling stuffs. The fabric material feel high quality and the color is aesthetic.

Sleek luggage
This suitcase is really nice. The only issue I have is how flexible the shell is when it’s upright. It does have a lock that you can put in so it doesn’t open. The inside is very cute pattern. It comes with laundry bags as well.
