Can’t get the order right

Ordered twice and both times the wrong color was sent. My understanding is this ships from the company directly but clearly something is wrong with the process.

Terrible customer service

This company sent me the wrong color collar and after 5 calls with Bloomingdale’s customer service and a month later I still don’t have the black collar. :(
