Very Disappointed

Bought it for a family member for Christmas. Just a few months later, it leaks all over the place and is worthless. The window to return it closed. Very disappointed.

Poor Espresso Making Quality! Very Disappointed!

I have been using this machine for almost 1 year. It doesn't dispense espresso out properly anymore. Double espresso button runs for 25 seconds however the espresso come out after 14 seconds. It barely can make an espresso. PS: I can clean the machine each time I use to make sure nothing is stuck.

Espresso machine epic fail.

The unit leaks after you’ve removed your cup. The Frother spits water into your milk before it begins frothing- the instructions in general for all functions are quite vague. You must drag the unit by the faucet to refill water tank because it has no plug at the bottom of the tank when you lift it out. Takes too long to get to your 1st cup of coffee in the morning.
