Most comfortable shoes I own

This grey/white pair and black pair I have are the shoes I wear the most!! They are so comfortable and stylish, they match with everything. I always take these on trips where I walk a lot and they've never failed me!! Best shoes EVER

disappointed :( sole not staying in place

I loveeeeeed these shoes but after wearing for only 2 days the inner sole started sliding back towards the heel so where my heel is supposed to sit is now shooting up the back heel of the shoe and my toes hang off the sole :/ its really difficult to wear them like this and now matter how much i slide the sole baxk into place it slide back within minutes. i have so many pairs of these shoes and none of them have done this!! even after a year+ of wearing. huge bummer :(

Perfect Until PE Class: Cleaning Is a Nightmare

I bought these shoes for my 12-year-old son. The New Balance 530 looks great, feels great, and is very comfortable. He likes the style, and they seem to provide good support for everyday wear. However, cleaning them is a nightmare. After just one day of a soccer game during PE class, the shoes got very dirty and clearly needed cleaning. The problem is that the shoes are made from a combination of suede and fabric/mesh materials. The fabric areas really need soap and water to get clean, but using soap and water can damage or discolor the suede. On the other hand, if I use products designed for suede, the fabric areas still look dirty. It's a catch-22. The mixed materials make it very difficult to clean the shoes properly without risking damage to one part or the other. The comfort and appearance are excellent, but the maintenance is frustrating, especially for a shoe worn by an active child. Because of the cleaning issue, I can only give these shoes 2 stars.
