Body wash for Men
This is one of my husbands favorite body wash it smells amazing the base notes are oud and bergamot and smells very rich . It’s a good strong smell but not to overpowering.

Horrid Customer Service
Hi- I order from Jo Malone all the time. This was a gift for a dear friend. He loves Oud and bergamot. Only problem is it was not sent wrapped.. I called customer service and simply asked them to send a box and a ribbon. They were not helpful. Also the wrong minis were sent with the order. Now I have to go to Neimans or Nordstrums and ask the Jo Malone counter for a box and ribbon. Not cool. You used to have wonderful customer service with agents who were good at problem solving. NOT Anymore! So for the price this purchase was completely unsatisfactory. I don't mind paying more for Jo Malone when I receive good service. I feel ripped off and betrayed.

Unique scent

Love this for a really treat bath!
I've used this several times in the bath and when I do it smells amazing and my skin feels so nice and smooth afterwards. The fragrance is lovely and does stay on my skin for a short while after use.
