Design change required

Dyson vacuum designers need (in my opinion) to reconsider the angle/position of the dust collection chamber because in holding the vacuum at an angle in use, the lower area of the collector chamber area fills up rapidly above the max point while the higher side stays clear. This means much frequent emptying required.

Very Disappointed.. A Waste of Money!

I’m extremely disappointed with this Dyson vacuum. It worked perfectly for the first month, but after that, the battery started getting worse very quickly. It would only hold a charge for about 11 minutes, then after just three months it dropped to around 5 minutes. Now, it only works for a few seconds before the battery dies. I paid a lot of money for this vacuum expecting good quality and long-lasting performance. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the product and feel like I completely wasted my money. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point. A vacuum this expensive should NOT have a battery that fails this quickly. I expected much better from Dyson and would not recommend it based on my experience.
