Do not buy and terrible customer service

I was excited to invest in a nice piece for the nursery and my husband spent 3 hours putting it together. Unfortunately, we discovered the dresser had major defects. When I called customer support, the best they could offer was $125 back after I continued to push. They offered a refund or exchange, but I’m pregnant and we don’t have the time to spend 3 hours “unbuilding” and repackaging this. This product, particularly from Bloomingdales, does not feel worth the investment.
