Poor customer service

I ordered this item because it said it would deliver by Valentines day. I receieved a tracking number but for 5 days it said usps was still awaiting the package. I contacted customer service at Bloomingdales and they lied to me and told me I would receive the item by Valentines day and that USPS has had the package all along but just didnt scan it. The following day they finally gave the package to USPS and the package has still not been received.
