This lip liner locks in long-wearing color, prevents feathering of layered lip products and glides on smoothly and evenly for perfectly defined lips. This unique dual-ended lip liner includes a separate sharpener and attached brush to smudge and blend color for a seamless lip look.

  • How To Use It

    For extreme definition, apply to the edge of the lip, creating desired shape. Blend the inside of the liner towards the center of the lips. Then fill in with lipstick, gloss, or liquid lip. For a less defined look, apply the lipstick first, then use the pencil as a tool to push color to the edges of the lip. Fill in entire lip with pencil and set with a sheer application of setting powder to ensure lasting color that won't fade. To define the lips further, highlight the outer edges of the lip line with foundation and a precision brush.

I have tons of lip liners but this one stands out - Tone is perfectly muted rose and suit my skin tone. Texture is creamy and easy to use. Price is very reasonable. This is my 2nd purchase just in case they discontinue it.
