Won't hold a charge
I bought the TheraFace mask in November and was very happy with it until two weeks ago when I realized it would not hold a charge. Surely a mask that cost over $600 should last me more than seven months! I am hoping for an exchange and will return this one to the store.

It works!
Two weeks in and fine lines are already less apparent. I rotate through all 3 minute light cycles back to back for 9 minutes total. I don’t understand all the negative comments on it being heavy. I’m petite (5’4” 130 pounds 41 years old) and it isn’t that bad. I use it every day after I get out of the shower and apply my face serums before. It really does make a difference. Nothing else has given me this quick of results but you have to use it consistently. The battery is also great. I have had it for 2 weeks and still haven’t had to charge it. The money has been worth it!

Great, so far!
The mask fits beautifully and is very comfortable. Other than that, it will take several weeks, or longer, I imagine, to determine how well this truly works. But so far I am happy.

WANT TO LOVE - Can’t
I did so much research and decided on this mask and I want to love it but I can’t because it is so heavy and I would’ve just dealt with it. . I’ve had it for almost 90 days but it has actually caused a broken blood vessel in the area where it puts a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. I would love to try the GLO version which is supposed to be lighter but I don’t know the differences other than that and I am not spending more money after being out on this device. So disappointing because I really felt like it was starting to help with my skin.

VERY HEAVY
Ive had this mask for a few years now. I love the concept of the mask, with the massage feature and all. But, I don't care for the massage feature. It annoys me and its not relaxing to me. The biggest con for me personally is how heavy and bulky the mask is. I use it laying down just because i feel like if I use it standing or walking around it pulls my skin down even at the tightest strap setting. The padding around the eyes digs into my skin leaving a mark around my eyes and bridge of my nose. I also dislike how fast the battery dies. I would've thought it with a device that costs this much it has to have a better battery life without having to constantly re-charge. I love using the mask for the benefits, but I wish it was designed better. I would also love to take it on travels which is absolutely out of the question for me because of its size and weight.
