Love the fringe detail! Wish it came in a dark red. Fits slim but has stretch. It appears slightly thinner material than the tie knot/pick up sweaters. Not so thin that its see through, but definitely not as warm. If you did want a looser look for layering probably best to size up. I sized down due to the tunic length and having a short torso.
