My favorite skin care product
I absolutely love this product! I often have a pile of skin care products going to try new things. However, this product is always the first thing I put on after washing my face. From the history of how La Mer started, I began using this on a wound to help healing. I recently had surgery & used this to keep my skin hydrated while it was regenerating & to minimize scarring. It worked exceptionally!!

This is a gorgeous oil which sinks into the skin without leaving any greasiness. I would never normally wear a face oil during the day but I feel with the La Mer oil I can without it leaving any film on my skin or it disturbing my make up. You only need the tiniest amount. It's to expensive,like all La Mer products but if money's no option then I would say go for it

Still undecided
I've used half the bottle and am still not sure what to think. The positives: it's light, the smell is lovely and it absorbs quickly. And, maybe this is the con too. It absorbs so quickly that I don't feel as though my skin is gaining the moisture. I am compraing it to another oil that goes on thicker and allows me to feel as though I'm helping my skin all day. However, when I want an oil for under makeup, this is my choice.
