I would like the problem fix but the service has been good. I believe a water pump needs to be installed

I love this machine. It is easy to use and adjust. Unfortunately, I have had issues with my espresso machine. The service was easy to schedule and showed up quickly. Unfortunately the machine is still having problems but they have promptly set another appointment to work on the problem again.
