Nice piece - if you can get it

Beautiful necklace but the one I received was missing a diamond. No issue with the in store return. In store team placed an order to have another one shipped but Bloomingdale’s inexplicably canceled the order and customer service couldn’t help. Told me to place a new order but wouldn’t honor the sale price from my original order.
