This gentle physical exfoliator uses eco-friendly cellulose beads combined with a trio of skin-softening oils, including starflower, elderberry and Optimega oils, to sweep away dead skin cells while locking in moisture to increase the feeling of smoothness. Rose and mimosa waxes soften and comfort the skin, while the calming aroma inspires a spa-like cleansing experience. After use, skin looks and feels refreshed, less congested and smooth, and makeup can be applied more effectively.

    This glow-boosting exfoliator shares the same blend of oils, waxes and aromatic as the best-selling Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm.

  • Key Ingredients

    - Starflower oil is the richest natural source of gamma linolenic acid and omega-6 fatty acid, helping to soften, smooth and nourish the skin. Local and fully traceable source.
    - Elderberry oil is rich in essential fatty acids and flavonoids. It has a silky texture that quickly absorbs to help support skin smoothness.
    - Optimega oil is a carefully balanced blend of two natural oils pressed in the UK: wheatgerm and oat. It is designed to deliver a balanced range of essential fatty acids, including omega 6 & 9, to help increase the skin's feeling of smoothness.
    - Cellulose Exfoliating Beads: Sourced from spruce trees, these eco-friendly beads are spherical shaped, helping to gently sweep away dead skin cells without being abrasive on skin.
    - Padina pavonica is a fan-shaped algae and a good source of polysaccharides to help lock in moisture, helping prevent trans-epidermal water loss and supporting the feeling of hydration.
    - Rose and mimosa waxes help soften and comfort the skin. Rose wax is extracted from the flowers of Rosa multiflora and retains the sweet floral fragrance of the essential oil. Mimosa wax is obtained from Acacia decurrens flowers, which have the same floral fragrance as the essential oil.

Lovely Exfoliator

I use a lot of Elemis but have never got on with their other exfoliators. I was sceptical about trying this as my skin can be sensitive but I have had no issues using this. While there are grains, they are gentle and within what feels like a balm. The smell is the same as the pro collagen cleansing balm and the products work well together. I use a few times a week and my skin feels hydrated and smooth. I would recommend.

Lovely exfoliator

This leaves my skin very soft and smooth afterwards and no irritation. I do have to rub gently on my skin though otherwise it feels too rough. I have been using it every other day and my skin feels so much and looks much better. If you have sensitive skin, maybe just use once a week first as the beads can be a little rough.

Disappointing exfoliator

I had high hopes as I've been looking for a new physical exfoliator but I found this too grainy and it didn't do much either. When you add water it goes milky and watery. I can't say it did much when I used it and rinsing it off had its own issues. It takes a few rinses to completely remove the residue but still managed to get some granules in my eye.
