Bloomies disappoints in fulfillment
I absolutely love Antica Farmacista products, especially their reed diffusers and hand & body wash. The quality of their fragrances is unmatched. However, I've had repeated issues with Bloomingdale's fulfillment, as they often fail to include the reeds with the fragrance bottle. Unfortunately, when you contact customer support, they can't simply send the missing reeds, which leaves you at a dead end. While you can order reeds directly from Antica Farmacista's website, it’s an inconvenience. That said, their reeds are far superior to the generic ones found elsewhere, making it worth the extra effort.

Cap STUCK!
Love this scent - had it once before. Bought the large size and perhaps the merchandise was old but IMPOSSIBLE to remove the cork cap. I had to break off the top and use a wine cork screw to remove the rest of the cap.
