never shipped or received

I ordered this item for a Mother’s day gift, and it was expected to ship in 3 days. Two weeks later and it hasn’t shipped and there has been zero updates. I’ve called customer service and have not received any assistance in expediting my order. The watch is still showing as available for purchase on the website, so it’s not an issue of being out of stock. I’ve been a Bloomingdale’s customer my entire adult life but this has been a horrible experience. Buyer beware.

THIS WATCH IS GORGEOUS & HAS REAL DIAMONDS

I just bought this Citizen Eco-Drive watch for my daughter for her 35th birthday. It is absolutely stunning. You can dress it up or dress it down. It goes with gold or silver and it has real diamonds. She absolutely loved it! I love the fact that you never have to get batteries for it. It has a smaller face than she was used to, but I wasn’t crazy about the larger faced fashion watches they are selling these days.
