Power cord didn't work

I had to use my phone charger to charge the device as the one included did not fully seat itself into the device. Other than that, I like the product hoping that continued use will show improvements in my skin.

Idealistic but not as effective

I was really excited about this tool considering it seems to have everything I needed all in one tool. However, I was particularly unpleased with the cold ring attachment because the surface area was so small it didn’t make a difference in feeling less puffy. Additionally, the area surrounding the cold ring got very warm, overpowering the cold ring.

Mid Product

It’s not that intuitive to operate. The link to the app for instructions is not my favorite. I’m tired of having so many apps. It has to stay plugged in which is inconvenient.
