Glasses are great but 2 of the 8 pack came broken. . Bloomingdales easily replaced the order.

More broken glass
I’ve ordered 3 sets of these glasses. One box - a mess. Another fine. This last had one broken glass… how do I get just one glass? Somehow the white wine glasses were fine.
Not satisfied
One glass in the pack arrived broken. I emailed both Riedel and Bloomingdales. Riedel said it was not their responsibility. Bloomingdales has not responded after several days. Very disappointed.

BROKEN
I bought this a few weeks ago. It was delivered and the delivery man told my recipient that the glass inside was rattling. It was broken. He took it back and returned it to Bloomingdale’s…..a new gift was not yet sent to Marie Rizzo
