Absolutely Stunning
The watch in person is absolutely stunning. The dark green bezel, anthracite dial and gold indices all work so well together. The lume is absolutely fantastic and the watch is very comfortable. Bracelet would be nice with an on the fly micro adjust, but still giving it five stars. Draws many compliments and is a favorite in my collection. Take advantage of money back from loyalty program if possible, I did and had the cost of a Bulova Lunar Pilot panda covered!

Shipping is damaged
The box is severly damaged when delivered the watch is nice.

Worst Customer Service & Technical Bug
I love the watch, but the service was unacceptable for a $3,600 luxury purchase. I ordered a Longines watch as a gift, selecting "Next-Day In-Store Pickup." Once submitted, I got an email saying it shipped and would take 3–5 days. I called to fix it, but the agent said they couldn't change the shipping method. When I asked for a supervisor, the agent hung up on me. I was forced to cancel and reorder. Now Bloomingdale's is holding $3,600 of my money for a week until the refund processes. I reordered with overnight, signature-required delivery. Instead of getting a signature, the courier left a multi-thousand-dollar watch unattended at my front door. To top it off, Bloomingdale's failed to properly register the watch, stamp the insurance card, or register it with Longines. Between the bait-and-switch shipping, getting hung up on, a high-theft delivery risk, and incomplete warranty paperwork, I will never shop here again.
