Broken speaker
This worked right after I bought it and then stopped almost immediately. The speaker no longer works already. I’m so disappointed.

Christmas music box
Bought this in advance for a Christmas gift this coming Christmas. It came on time, and was at a great price because I bought it right after this past Christmas. Nothing really wrong with it but nothing really right about it. The music and a selection of songs is extensive the tone rather lacking, and the overall look and finish of this music box is just average. I may be a little disappointed, but I’m hoping the recipient will love it.

Mr. Christmas Animated 13" Heirloom Box
This arrived quickly, and was a great addition to my Christmas decorations. It was a little more dim than I was expecting, but still looked nice. However, it stopped working shortly after Christmas. I did use it daily from about 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., from around the middle of December to the first week of January, but I still expected it to last more than one season. Now, when it is plugged in and turned on, only the two lamppost lights turn on, nothing else. Disappointed.

Mr Christmas Heoom Christmas music box
I bought this to replace an earlier version of one of these that actually had bells that would be rung to play the music. While still trying to find someone to fix my old music box, my family dearly missed it so I decided to buy this one in the meantime. I have to say I’m really thrilled and impressed with this music box! The music is lovely and we love watching the carousel and skaters!

My New Favorite Christmas Decoration
I purchased this Animated Heirloom Music Box because my husband wanted it. I thought it was nice, but wasn't planning to add it to our Christmas collection, When it arrived, I was stunned by how gorgeous it is. I could honestly stare at it all day. The images on the website simply do not do it justice. In fact, I love it so much that I jumped back on to purchase two more to give as gifts. Grab it while you can, you will not be disappointed.
