Abhorrent service
Ordered 2 of these on 12/20. Received the wrong item. Contacted customer service immediately and coordinated a replacement that promised for expedited shipping. Allegedly, Items will not be received until on or around 1/12. This happened last year around holidays as well, only no replacement was ever received.

Great eyeliner hard to get off
Simply the BEST liner ever
I've tried them all. Seriously .. I have ! I always want a liner that can be used on the waterline without transferring to my very sensitive eyes and more importantly .. my contact lenses.......... and this one does that perfectly. I use CAVE which is a rich dark brown most days. I have shared this with many friends. especially with those who have sensitive eyes or hooded lids. I'm convinced that while other brands have many colors to offer beyond HOURGLASS .. many of those colors have sparkle or pearl in them .. which does transfer easily. I am a huge fan of HOURGLASS and contiinue to add their products to my daily favorites..their lipsticks and lip pencils are also superb.
