corners cracked immediately on airline flight

Corners cracked immediately on airline flight. Suitcase got progressively worse. I had a difficult time rolling the suitcase. Delsey claims they will not cover product for airline damage. Well, every flight I went on must have had a gorilla throwing this luggage around. I have never had a piece of luggage fall apart like this. The airlines are even giving me warnings about this product. Extremely disappointed with the outside shell. I am satisfied with zippers and interior of product but must give it 1 star because it is unusable.

Disappointingly Cheap

I picked up this bag since it looked so pretty on the shelf, and like it would be a great work bag. Credit where it's due, it holds a ton - laptop, notebooks, water bottle, wallet, everything. I bought it on sale, and I'm glad I did. I have to mention - I am not rough on my bags. I take them to work, but carry them gently and don't throw them around or anything. Within two weeks, the bag started to look rough and worn. The bag doesn't hold shape at all, and collapses like it's been smashed. The straps stain the bag with every use. The straps started to fray and look ragged, to the point it's embarrassing to carry for work or to an event. It doesn't look new, nice, or professional at all. I can't recommend it, even on sale, since I'm already looking to replace it. It's a shame, because it is a really pretty bag.

A very good looking luggage

I bought a large sized luggage online for my upcoming international trip and picked it up in a local Macy's store the same day. I'm happy with the purchase because it looks great inside and out. There came with two individual bags in the same interior liner color and they are very well made and useful for the packing. The outer layer of the double-zippers are a bit stiff but it's fine as long as you move the zippers around the corners slowly (I guessed that the tightened corners may be for securing their complete closure...). Anyways, it works even better after I applied some zipper Lubricant.

Great Luggage

I was in need of some new luggage after 20 years. I was traveling to NYC for a long weekend & didn't want to check a bag. I saw other stylish, less expensive brands in store but kept coming bag to this sturdy one. I bought the matching 15" tote for my laptop, wallet, small crossbody & lots of other items too. I felt put together & organized the whole weekend. The carryon holds more than I expected- I'm an overpacker and it was perfect for a long weekend. It did great on & off flights and was so smooth & easy to maneuver over NYC streets and sidewalks and in the airport. I loved the angora color but decided to go with the brown to hide the dirt & scuffs. I plan to buy the matching larger checked suitcase soon.
