    Named for a snake's movement through a forest, the scent is mixed around the note of precious and mysterious oud. Intensive and deep, the scent is as hypnotizing as the sound of the snake's voice.

    The design of each Eau de Parfum bottle is inspired by the bottles found on wooden shelves of a vintage apothecary, curious pharmacy jars and the first perfumery containers. Gold lettering, decoration and secret symbols appear on the Eau de Parfum, contained in lacquered Gucci fragrance glass bottles with stoppers, covetable objects for lovers of mystery.

    Each oil and acqua profumata in The Alchemist's collection can be layered with each Eau de Parfum. Experiment with combinations to build a unique scent of your beloved scent. Layer pure and highly concentrated perfumed oils with the Eau de Parfum to intensify its strength and richness:
    - Apply your choice of The Alchemist Perfumed Oil first on the wrist and neck.
    - Follow with your Eau de Parfum layered on top.
    - The Acqua Profumata can be applied over the Eau de Parfum to recharge top notes and refresh the overall impression of your signature scent.

    A recommended layer combination for The Voice of the Snake perfume, designed to bring out the different facets of its mesmerizing woody leathery blend:
    - Shower romantic floral over The Voice of the Snake Gucci perfume by pairing with A Forgotten Rose perfumed oil. The pair results in an oud rose scent, sensual and noble.
    - Deepen the mystery of the Gucci scent with A Winter Melody acqua profumata for a camphored oud, resinous and mysterious.

Nice fragrance

The potency is great , it’s very strong at first but later it gets more subtle and kind of lingering smell. It lasts couple hours . The bottle is super cute and chic very classy. I would recommend this product if you’re into collecting perfumes fragrances this one’s worth to be added to the collection .

A true Alchemist Alberto Morillas, the entire series is delightful, but for me, this fragrance is the most seductive, mysterious, and original, it features wood and leather, with notes of oud, patchouli, all housed in a bottle that draws you in like a magnet 🐍

Better than Average

The first hour is almost smothering - then it settles down a lot. It is very long lasting. It becomes slightly medicinal after several hours but not in an off putting way to me. But for some people I think it might not be something they enjoy. Beautiful bottle. But I don’t consider this worth the $ when so many other fragrances do oud just as well - or better.

This is a really intriguing fragrance with a rich, sophisticated character. Very different from other brands .It has a deep feel that makes it stand out from more conventional perfumes and is noticed by others. The scent feels luxurious . Manly Scent

Now .. the blast of oud and a warm leathery saffron kick immediately. Very Smokey and intens. But at the same time so comforting ( oud ). After a while the patch settles the base and the oud calms down. You’re left with this leathery vibe ( saffron) with a very intens dark patchouli.. the oud never fades completely to hold the structure. This is the kind of scent that is mysterious, bold yet comfortable. Exactly what you’d expect from a designer with a high price: deep yet comfortable. Daring yet not difficult. The dna is pretty common though, but it’s blended to perfection here. The transition is very smooth. Longevity is very very good. 4 sprays on my wrist and it goes 12+ hours easy. Clothes … weeks even after laundry.

Captivating

The Alchemist line is one of the most beautiful and long lasting perfume lines. The packaging is magical and every time I visit the counter at Holts I discover one. The perfumes are a moment in time, but Voice of the Snake runs deep and is a very unique scent that makes me feel like a baddie.
