Great piece to complete a kitchen

I have this pot in two sizes and love it! Cooks evenly and looks beautiful....even if it doesn't fit in your cabinet or shelf it can sit on top of the stove unused and looks stylish. Great for soups, stews and even pasta dishes.

Finally got It

I've been watching this pot for a while. Decided to order it a week, got delivered today. I'm so happy and can't wait to cook in it. Sturdy and beautifully made. I'll update after I start using it.

Perfect for soups

Loved my 3.75 quart Staub cocotte so much but it simply wasn't big enough for larger batches of soups. The 9 quart is perfect. Well made, heavy duty construction. Plus, the inside it black so clean up is very easy and it always looks brand new.

Wow! I love the way this cocotte cooks! Stews and braises are a breeze and chilis are perfect!
