Order Confirmed Payment Taken Then Canceled

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bloomingdale’s as a Christmas gift for my mom. I was given an order number and my payment was successfully processed, with a delivery date promised for Wednesday, December 24. Unfortunately, after all of that, my order was canceled without warning. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially since this was a Christmas gift and the cancellation happened after the order was confirmed and payment was collected. This caused unnecessary stress and left me without a gift at the last minute. I expected better communication and reliability from a store like Bloomingdale’s. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and has affected my trust in placing future orders.
