This bra might be comfortable if the cups were not so small. It was supposed to fit a size 40 G. The cups were maybe an A or B size. The fabric was comfortable enough, but the sides were very high and uncomfortable-there is no way to adjust the straps so that pulled the sides up way too high and it rubbed under the arms. Because of the tiny cups the separation that the front closure should provide was nonexistent. This was the most uncomfortable bra I have ever had.

GREAT BRA, JUST NOT FOR POST-SURGERY
I purchased this bra to wear after shoulder surgery. . Upon its arrival , I immediately found that it would've been very difficult to hook all the fasteners. Even though the hooks/eyes were in front, I would have had only one hand to do it with. As much as I love Wacoal bras (and I truly do normally), I had to return it. All my fault, not Wacoal’s!

great post-mastectomy
This product has been a lifesaver after mastectomy. It has excellent compression and relieves pain and reduces swelling markedly. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that the entire bra is too long in the body. As someone who is only 5'2", the band keeps rolling up. A few less hooks might be better for me.
