It drives itself!
I love this vacuum for how lightweight it is! It is super convenient to vacuum harder to reach places like stairs because it is lightweight. It also makes vacuuming much less of a hassle! It glides really nice over carpet and makes you enjoy vacuuming!

I loved my first lightweight lightweight shark rocket and when it had a faulty hose the company replaced it free of charge under the warantee. It works wonderfully, suctions great and easy to maneuver.

Bad product
This vacuum is not made well, the hose on the floor head cracked two times in the past year leaving the machine virtually unusable

Hey Jen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're genuinely sorry to learn that you've experienced hose issues with your Shark Rocket. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially when the damage has left the vacuum difficult or impossible to use as intended. This isn't the experience we want our customers to have with our products. Your feedback regarding the floor nozzles' hose and its longevity is important to us and will be shared with the relevant team for review. If you require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We'd be happy to assist further. Kind regards, SharkNinja US
