Craftsmanship is poor. Missing glaze
Craftsmanship is poor. Missing glaze on handles of mugs. It was rectified by sending replacements but those had imperfections and missing glaze also. Will not reorder.

Great!
I so love these mugs! Not too heavy, fit perfectly for my fingers and perfect for my 10 ounces of coffee with the cappuccino foam on top. And could probably hold I think about 12 ounces with no foam on top.
