It's the perfect size for so many things! The au gratin potatoes turned out excellent. Slightly brown around the edges and consistently cooked without drying anything out. Cleanup is a snap and the finish stands up to the dishwasher.

Beautiful covered casserole dish!

What a beautiful, useful piece to add to my kitchen. It’s just right for baking for 2-3 people. I love the bright red color. It matches everything I own from Staub.
