Excellent
I can highly recommend this vacuum cleaner! Quiet, powerful, but also gentle. I like the look of my carpet and rugs much better now.

Miele vacuum - top quality
I’ve been using my Miele vacuum for a few months now, and it’s honestly the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. The suction is incredibly strong, picking up even the tiniest dust particles and pet hair effortlessly. The HEPA filter is great for allergies, and I can actually feel the difference in air quality. It’s a bit of an investment, but the quality is so worth it. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet and easy to maneuver, even around furniture. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting vacuum!

Amazing vacuum
The best vacuum i've ever used. Works great on wood floors, on rugs, and on carpet.

Great
Great Vacuum- quiet and strong, well worth the price.
Defective
I had to return the vacuum because the wand did not easily attach to the motor head. I had to box it back up which was not easy and take to ups. I don’t know why they couldn’t just send a new motor head since one of the prongs was loose which was why it was not easy to put the wand in it.
Well worth it
Our third Miele vacuum. Expensive but Worth it. Last at Least 15 Years
Superior technology
Really well made product. The attachments and suction are far superior to other supposedly well made vacuums. I typically prefer cordless but this unit has a long cord that easily goes inside of unit and will last longer than cordless.

Terrible quality control
They sent me a used and damaged store return. Terrible quality control in the shipping department. The box had rips and holes and had been clearly repackaged. The product was dusty scratched. Very disappointing especially for a $1400 item.
