Product Details
- In the world of French art de vivre, Bernardaud is considered the symbol of elite refinement and luxury. A porcelain creation signed by Bernardaud is always appreciated and recognized the world over. Bernardaud artisans use the same technique of hand-sculpting fine, bisque porcelain that was first demonstrated by French artist Paul de Bourgoing in 1828. The glow of a candle shines through the raised and carved surface to contrast light against shadow, revealing a richly detailed design. Bernardaud VotiveLight™ candles add a warm, decorative glow to any room of the home. For a dramatic effect, or to create a festive ambiance, delight your dinner guests by replacing traditional candles with a Bernardaud VotiveLight™.

Unlike any other Votive
These votives literally come to life when lit - the unique design gives a 3 dimensional look to the scene when a votive is lit. Just light the small candle, wait a few minutes for the porcelain to "warm up" and you have this beautiful scene that you cannot take your eyes off! Lovely as table decorations for a dinner party or for setting on a side table. Delicate, elegant, yet really cool - I live in Venice Canals/Marina del Rey and this is something beautiful for all ages and party or entertaining divas! Be careful of course and store safely when not in use or keep in a place that is less likely to drop. Not overly delicate, but it is not meant to be knocked around! Try several similar styles for a set table with a theme or use the flowers for a different feel. Bernardaud is an excellent brand.
