Defective earring closure
I purchased these earrings and the closure on the earrings did not lock properly and I lost the earrings the first time I wore them. When I spoke with the customer service supervisor to express my concerns with the closure defect on the earrings, she was unprofessional. Disappointed in this product and the service received.
Hooked on hoops
Perfect length and shine. Modern yet timeless. Favorite hoops I own.

Better options
These earrings are quite thin. The gold tone is bright and pretty. However, the clasp was too tight to close the earrings without bending them. Returned.
