Handle needs to be larger

Lovely medium-sized teapot, well made. The handle is hard to get a sturdy grip on however, with one hand -- too small. I have had another pot from same maker; they know how to make good teapots.

Difficult to pour

Unfortunately you can’t try teapots out before purchase, otherwise I would not have bought it. Because the spout is low the tea slops out if the pot if filled for 6 cups. I am looking for a replacement.

dinnerware is great

The product is great. It is definitly white. But it can look yellow based on the lighting. Under white light it is very white. Under yellow (3-4k kelvin) it can look yellowish / brown. So its simply reflecting the light. Quality is great and you can't beat the price. The only negative is poor packaging from the factory. Dishes can break inside the packaging but macy's great at taking care of this problem. I would definitly buy this again and recommend this to anyone.

Color is not white

I received this set with a Lenox set today. I expected this set to be a nicer looking set but was disappointed. The color is rather yellowish than white and the porceline is not fine look. It is a little thicker than a fine porceline should be and does not look expensive at all. If you're interested in this set I suggest you go to the store and take a look in person before buying.
