Beautiful piece. Arrived Damaged.

This is a truly beautiful piece but the traditional quality of Nambe has dropped significantly. It arrived with dark marks on one of the metal handles and there is a flaw on the wood. I've been buying/using Nambe for 25 years and this is not what I expect.

We truly appreciate you reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. It is disheartening to learn that the Carve and Serve Station fell short of your expectations. What you have described is not a common issue we have seen reported, so we hope you will reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@nambe.com for further assistance. It our hope that we can change your perspective on our products and continue to serve you quality products for years to come.

Perfect wedding gift!

We have gifted this as a wedding gift to several couples and all have commented that they have loved it. The quality is great and the wood is beautiful. Perfect to serve great steaks at a dinner party!

this is a present for my cousin's daughter

Altho I didn't purchase this for myself, I know that this carving board will be perfect for a newly married couple. I have one myself purchased years ago, the groove around the edge is perfectly designed to catch any juices escaping from meat or poultry that is being carved. A perfect discovery!!
