Beautiful Coverlet

The Hudson Park Double Diamond Coverlet was delivered in a timely fashion. The coverlet was so expertly packaged that I felt like I was receiving a gift when I opened it up. The coverlet is well made and is a perfect complement to our beautiful bed room.

No longer Egyptian cotton

When I first bought this product, it was clearly advertised as Egyptian cotton. However, the item I received had no label indicating it was Egyptian cotton, nor was there any mention of long-staple cotton. Thinking a mistake had been made, I contacted customer service via chat; when asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange, I said I wanted the correct product—provided it was indeed Egyptian long-staple cotton. I received a replacement, but just like the previous one, the label simply says "cotton." Afterward, the mention of Egyptian cotton disappeared from the website description entirely. I’m just too exhausted to deal with customer service anymore. P.S : Also, I tried to correct a mistake I made in my previous review, but I couldn't. I had misunderstood the product—it wasn't the product itself that was recycled, but the label—and I wanted to apologize and delete the old review, but I'm unable to remove it. 1st photo is what I received . 2nd photo is from review from other person.
