This Mattress Pad will not last

Others complained that this mattress pad fell apart in the wash. Ours fell apart on our bed. It is like the material touching the mattress disintegrated. Stay away from this product. This is not the quality I expect from Bloomingdales.

Don't expect to wash this!

I have owned two of these now. The first time I went to wash the first one, I followed the directions exactly and it ripped open in the dryer. I went to return it and Bloomingdales thankfully exchanged it for a new one, saying it was an anomaly that it should happen to this high quality mattress pad. I just washed the second one and it ripped again after again following directions. Do not buy this one. Defective product.

fell apart after the first washing.

The top of the pad pills - and when I washed it - the mesh liner completely fell apart and had a huge mess of stuffing everywhere. I followed the washing instructions to the letter.

Causes Back Pain

We tried this mattress pad on top of a pillow-top mattress and it caused the bed to be too soft. Both my partner and I had morning back pain for sleeping on this combination of pillow top and Luxe Mattress pad.
