Not usable! So disappointed!

This China Teapot came to my door in a flimsy paper box, wrapped loosely one time. It was smashed in so many pieces. I could hear glass rattling as soon as I picked up the box! USPS is the WORST for fragile deliveries!

Great customer service

I decided to order new dishes and I love this pattern. The salesperson at Bloomingdale’s made it happen. Because of the number of boxes that arrived, I realized that the pieces came from all over the country. I was very impressed with the notifications that came letting me know which pieces had been sent and when.

what a beautiful set

I’ve been using this set of dishes for about 10 years. my kids bought me something for every holiday. Not a chip or crack. always looks amazing when I set the table for guests or just lunch.

This kettle was NOT made in Germany!!!!!

This kettle supposed be manufactured in Germany, that is why I paid that amount of money! It says it was made in Taiwan!!!! Go figure. The engrave at the bottom of the kettle was Porcelain!!
