Not a happy customer ! They should be ashamed
I purchased a couple of items and this is how they arrived !! Slightly used… customer support was very unhelpful waited hours on chat and phone for a supervisor only to get a minor resolution that I HAD NO CHOICE TO ACCEPT or id have to work more after purchasing New and received this garbage about 1/4 used looks like they resent and sold me someone else’s return !

Perfect gift
