Disappointed :(

i purchased the NeoHeat Perineal Heater with NeoBrief.. i charged it for 6 hours and turned it on to test and it worked. Two days later i turned it on and there was no power so i charged it for another 6 hours... the power light turns green when it is plugged into the charger however once unplugged there is no power and the device does not work.

Works!

Using this for repairing tissue that is more delicate due to menopause. Seems to be working well. The only complaint is the brief/panty..it is huge and quite cumbersome/uncomfortable. I’ve thrown it out and use device without it.
