Shipped used bag but charged the full price

Upon receiving the bag, I was taken aback to discover it appeared to be used; it arrived without wrapping or the original tag and showed signs of wear on the leather. Despite this, I was charged the full original price. I am very disappointed and have consequently returned the item.

Longchamp leather backpack

Ordered the turtledove color, received a red bag. Not sure if I will keep it. Signed up for a triple points day, but loyalist account shows zero points! Love Longchamp bags, the leather is beautiful and well made. Just very disappointed with Bloomies. Maybe I will have to go to a Longchamp boutique.
