  • How To Use It

    To fill/refill, apply firm, even pressure on top and bottom of the eyeshadow pan to snap into a refillable palette. To remove, firmly press the top edge of the eyeshadow in a downward motion and tilt upward.

Shimmery goodness

Really like this eyeshadow as it’s incredibly pigmented, and really make my eyes pop (when applied in the corner of my eye lid). Only criticism I do have (hence the 4 not 5 star review) is the size of the product for the price you pay. It’s small, so definitely a luxury product. Would I repurchase? .. maybe.

Absolute best eyeshadows!!

The curator eyeshadows by hourglass has to be the best eyeshadows I have ever tried. You get to chose the shades you want and build a palette, which I find a lot more convenient. The eyeshadows are very creamy and very full coverage and sit well on the eyelids without falling or creasing. I recommend these eyeshadows a lot!

Pretty colour

This is a very cute colour eyeshadow and it stays on reasonably well. I have knocked a star off as it’s tiny and expensive for just one colour. Slightly better value during a promotion. I haven’t bought Hourglass before and look forward to trying more of the products.

Disappointed

I wanted to love these as they look amazing - fab range of colours, they swatch nicely and the packaging is gorgeous. But I am so underwhelmed, especially for the price. They're fine but not as pigmented as you think and you have to go back a lot of times for more product to get a decent colour payoff. There are LOADS of brilliant eyeshadow products out there but this is not one of them.

Pop of colour that stays

I use this more as an 'over eyeliner' pop of colour than a full-on 'shadow', and it works wonders for highlighting the eyes. The deep colour (Eve) and subtle sparkle is like a wake up for the eyes and face! Also, I'm happy to say it stays put all day.

Highly recommended

I bought three of these eyeshadows to complement each other - a light gold, light grey and a dark grey. They go on well and are buildable depending on the intensity of shade you want. They haven't creased on my eyes. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for a palette to store them in - worth it if you know you're going to be a regular customer (saves throwing away plastic palettes) but it adds to the cost when you're new to the brand.
