Worth the investment

I was surprised that this actually works! I took a chance based on doing some research and the reviews. It has improved my sleep, helped with back and need pain, and is overall a good way to relax and reduce anxiety.

Worth to buy!

I have chronic insomnia for almost my adult life. I always get up several times to use bathroom at night. After a few nights of using the mat, I noticed I didn’t need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. My sleep has improved and my energy has been better. Only negative is it’s heavy and I put on top of mattress so it’s not easy to move to another area to use during the day. I want to purchase another one for a very dear friend so Blue Mercury, please have another sale soon. 😊

Instant relaxation!

The HigherDose PEMF mat is a splurge, but this has become my new favorite way to wind down before sleep. It doesn't take long to warm up and you get the added benefits of the electromagnetic frequency to lull you into a state of relaxation. Through on a sheet mask or the HigherDose red light face mask, and you have the perfect nighttime self care routine!
