Not worth the price

The vacuum function is excellent. Their vacuums tend to be very good so that's no surprised. However I bought this for the mop function as well and that part is awful. The instructions could be clearer. There is a small red part that seems integral to the mop head but it is mentioned nowhere in the instructions. You can see it for a split second in the video but it's unclear how it should be positioned. The mop head barely cleans the floor. I had to go over a small area multiple times just to see any of the dirt picked up. The water capacity is small so you have to detach the mop head several times just to refill and reattaching took too many tries to make this purchase worthwhile. Plus, it leaks. It was disappointing to say the least that my steam mop is a far more superior cleaner than this thing. I have started the return process.

Not an improvement

I bought this a month ago to replace an aging plugin Dyson which has been rock-solid for the last 10 years - what a downgrade. Enshittification strikes again .... like so many other products this latest iteration is nowhere near as usable as its predecessor. Would return it if I could; don't waste your money.

Disappointed about the submarine

I've had this for a couple of months now and although the vac and tools are great the submarine is not good. Putting together and filling it is virtually impossible. There is a very small mark on the water chamber which should be lined up but cannot be seen and when sliding the head back together to use it will not go. I've tried everything, rereading the instructions Tec with no sucess. I bought the submarine to replace a steam cleaner but have had to go back to that and this attachment stays in the cupboard. I could have bought the basic model and saved some money.

Great Whole Home Vacuum & Mop (with a slight flaw)

I bought this vacuum because I wanted power similar to the Animal 3 that my dad had, but the portability of a handheld; and this seemed like the right choice. I love how the vacuum ramps up its power when it detects a lot of dirt/particulates, the fluffy optic attachment is amazing (and a little terrifying) with shining a laser on all the crap on the floor I couldn’t see, and the accessories it comes with are fantastic. The main star of the show is the submarine attachment, which I found to be quite intuitive to use. I’m able to vacuum and mop my whole apartment with the V15S Submarine, and the battery lasts quite a long time. One thing to mention that I feel like a lot of reviewers get wrong is that you really need to vacuum large DRY debris before you hit it with the submarine mop. All the reviews I see online have people try to mop up huge chunks of sand, paper, and hair and the submarine isn’t really designed for that. It can gum up the roller head and/or jam the dirty water collection bay.

Magic vacuum

This is really the best vacuum we've ever used, which is a wide variety from cheap to expensive.. I call this the magic vacuum.. This vacuum is amazing quality and actually makes vacuuming alot of fun! I highly recommend!!👌

The submarine attachment is quite poor and much worse than a mop.

I bought this recently for nearly 800 and now they have a updated one cheers
