Soothing Eye Makeup Remover

The best and the only eye makeup remover I use. It is very soothing and does the job. If my eyes feel tired in the morning, I'll apply some on a cotton ball and gently rub over my eyes with it. It seems to sooth my eyes day and night.

Lashes for me
