TOTAL SCAM! WATCH OUT!

Ordered this clutch in burgundy, and it simply did not work out for me size wise. Took it to return in person where they examined and inspected the cutch to be in absolutely perfect condition. Weeks go by, no refund. I contact bloomingdales they blame YSL, I call YSL they sent a written statement that they are a separate warehouse and have nothing to do with this. A week later they contact and tell me the item is used and "TORN". AN ABSOLUTE LIE!! nobody would accept a torn item in store! They refuse to send me pictures or any report and close the return without any explanation. Then sent the clutch back to me and there is NOTHING WRONG with it. UNBELIEVABLE! Opened a dispute, but the seller refuses to refund my money or send any proof. The clutch is still here in pristine condition, no wear or tear on it OBVIOUSLY. Other people have the same issue wth receiving used items from this seller (not official Saint Laurent btw).

Elegant Clutch
