Defective pump

I contacted SkinMedica directly and I was told that Bloomingdale's is not an authorized vendor. SkinMedica renewed their TNS Advanced+ Serum to address the pump issue but this is the older version.

Caution - needs warning label

This product made my skin feel like I had a sunburn about two hours after I put it on. Woke up the next morning and my whole face was swollen and extremely painful. Had to go to urgent care and it turned out it gave me a chemical burn in my face! My skin is now starting to peel off.

Terrific light serum

My esthetician recommended this serum and I must say, it is the best one I have used. Its scent isn’t great, but one pump goes a long way. It goes on smooth and isn’t sticky. I layer this under my moisturizer and SPF. I will be buying this product again.

QUALITY IS GONE DOWN HILL

THIRD TIME IT WAS CLOGGED UPON RECEIVING IT!! SO AGGRAVATED! ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO RETURN IT!! Get product control fixed!!!!!!!! I do not have time to keep running back for a return. ANGRY!

Better than I could’ve imagibed

This literally got rid of the wrinkle above my left eye. I was told by my dermatologist that this product is made by the same company that makes Botox, but I didn’t realize that it meant that this could “replace” Botox. I only use it once a year because that about all I can afford, but every year it has helped me with having amazing skin that doesn’t require surgical intervention.
